Viet Nam Tour in 14 Days
Day 1: SGN - HCM city- Vung Tau (…/…D)
Arrive at the airport by flight … Welcome group and continue to Vung Tau city. Visit Vung Tau seafood market. Dinner at restaurant and stay at hotel.
Day 2: Vung Tau- HCM city (B/L/D)
ABF at hotel. Visit The Holy Kwan Yin, Bao Dai White villa, Nirvana Meditation retreat, Reclining Budda temple, Jesus statue. Lunch at Vung tau floating restaurant. Return to HCM city. Visit War museum, Reunification Hall - the former President Palace Notre Dam church, Central post office. Dinner on boat along Sai Gon river and enjoy live songs. Stay at hotel.
Day 3: HCM city- Cu Chi underground tunnel (B/L/-)
After breakfast, drive to the extraordinary Cu Chi tunnels, just outside Ho Chi Minh. During the war for independence, Viet Cong guerillas built the labyrinth of narrow tunnels virtually underneath U.S. bases, using them to hide during bombing raids and to stage surprise attacks. Then continue to visit Tay Ninh to visit Cao Dai Temple, the holy temple of Caodaism and attend its noon prayer before transfer back to Sai Gon. Overnight at hotel in Sai Gon.
Day 4: HCM - My Tho - Ben Tre - Chau Doc (B/L/D)
Pick up and depart for My Tho. Take a boat ride through the Bao Dinh natural canal, which is lined with stilt houses and fruit plantations. Visit the My Tho wholesale fruit market. Proceed to Tortoise island and enjoy lunch served in the heart of the orchard. Enjoy a leisurely boat ride through the Tan Thach natural canal in Ben Tre, cruising under the shadows of the water coconut trees. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle. Trek through the fruit plantations on Thoi Son island and enjoy a rowing boat ride along the creeks before returning to My Tho by motor boat. Proceed to Chau Doc. Check in on arrival. Day 5: Chau Doc - Long Xuyen - Can Tho (B/L/-)
Breakfast at hotel. Take the morning boat trip to visit the floating fish farm and the floating village, the Cham weaving village. Depart for Can Tho via Long Xuyen to visit the incense stick village and the Crocodile Farm. Check in on arrival. Free in the evening. Dinner cruise on the Bassac River. Overnight at your hotel in Can Tho.
Day 6: Can Tho - Cai Rang - Phong Dien – Rach Gia – Phu Quoc (B/L/-)
At 7:30AM: Pick up from hotel, taking a 3 hour boat trip to visit the Cai Rang and Phong Dien floating markets. Roam into the villages to visit the rice paper mill and the rice noodle factory. Then return to Can Tho and depart for Rach Gia to board the Bien Xanh Express boat for Phu Quoc (13:30 - 15:30). On arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to your resort. Overnight stay at the hotel, with the night free for your leisure.
Day 07 - 12: Phu Quoc (B/-/-)
These free days will be a wonderful time in Phu Quoc island. You can simply relax on beautiful sandy beach:
. Swim and snorkel in clear crystal waters
. Trekking to primeval forests
. Visit black or white pepper gardens with daily life of local fishing people
. Get a bike to explore area breeding sea pearl
. Spending your late afternoon for watching sunset over the ocean and do not miss chance to fishing squid at night time. Overnight in resort.
Day 13: Phu Quoc - Ho Chi Minh City (B/-/-)
Today we have free time relaxing on a beach until transferring to Phu Quoc Airport for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City on VN 482 (15.15-16.20). Check in hotel, free for relax and discover Ho chi Minh city by night. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 14: Ho Chi Minh – Departure (B/-/-)
Half day city tour such as the former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, a lacquerware factory and War Museum. Leisure time until transfer to Ho Chi Minh City – Tan Son Nhat Airport for departure.
